I am about to tell you how to get your belly flat with hardly any exercise. This is a very simple formula and it works every time. All you need to do is follow it.
Everyone thinks you need to do hundreds of crunches and you need to work your abs 5 days a week but this is not true. You don't need to as much as you think to get your belly to lose the fat. Heck you might even get a six pack.
Secret #1: Exercising your abs
What I am about to tell you is going to be hard to believe but probably almost everyone believes that getting those great looking abs comes from working them out hard. Doing crunches, oblique sit ups, and another type of abs exercise you can think of will not do it no matter how hard you work at it. If you have fat covering the belly area it really doesn't matter how much you work them out they will never show through the fat on your belly. What is needs to be done is simple, we need to remove the layer of fat so the ab muscles shows through. So exercising is only going to be about 1-2% of the equation.
Tip: You only need to do abs about 3 times a week for 15 minutes.
Secret #2: Exercising using aerobic or cardio exercise
Many believe if I do more cardio all the fat will just melt off of my belly. Yes this is true to a point. This will make you lose weight and shed the fat, but this will only do it up to a certain point. All these belly fat exercises are just tools working together to get rid of the weight and the fat. The problem comes in that doing more and more cardio will not get the fat off the stomach area. It is an important exercise but not the only one that is needed. Doing aerobic or cardio is only about 10% of the training needed.
Tip: You only need to do cardio about 2 times a week for 40-50 minutes.
Secret #3: Eating right with a Natural supplement
The third secret is really going to blow your mind. To get that flat belly and to do it fast, all you need to do is change your eating habits and take an all natural supplement.
