Quality Control: Our decking is carefully inspected upon receipt.  It is inspected again as it is pulled to fill your order.   We have shipped to Central America, Europe, and all over the US.  Our Customers are satisfied and frequently provide referrals.

Customer Support: We always answer calls from customers needing advice or suggestions.  You get knowledgeable deck support answering the phone, not a switch board operator.  Our goal is to answer every call.  If you do get voicemail, we return messages as soon as possible.  We return Emails as soon as we can and always within one business day.
