Install Local Printer Driver Through Tech Support

The local printer driver should be MS-approved standard printer driver, and not a specialty driver like a Fax driver, Microsoft Office Document Imaging driver, Acrobat or the like. The driver should be locally installed so that you need to have the printer driver installed on your pc and not on the network.
